Maura Gale a Chicago native and an Atlanta Multi-Hyphenate. She serves MauraVation on her social media platforms weekly. As an actor, you’ve seen her on stage, TV and Film. She has played the wife of Laurence Fishburne in “Under The Stadium Lights” (Amazon). You may have seen her recurring on “Kingdom Business” (BET Plus), “Dynasty” (The CW) or “Saints and Sinners” (Bounce TV). Perhaps on one of her other shows: "Love & Murder," "Bigger," "Amazing Stories,” or Oprah Winfrey’s “Their Eyes Were Watching God.”Maura co-produced, co-wrote and co-starred in the award winning docudramady STEM the Movement” and she is the host of the Nationally syndicated podcast OMG Oh Maura Gale, with Up2meradio with nearly 2M listeners. She is the author of “Beyond Blessed” (an autobiographical page-turner), and produced the “Anointed Agenda” (Christian Organizer) published for nearly 20 years. As a recording artist, she produced the Spoken Word CD’s “Ear Candy” and “Ride Rosa Ride” that continues to be highly requested for Christian and secular events.
As an evangelist, she speaks to congregations, women and young adults in such a unique fashion often time merging the Word of God with monologues, poetry and dramatizations. A popular keynote speaker, facilitator, and emcee for conferences, retreats and special events around the world, Maura also enjoys touring her Christian One Woman Shows - “SHE-SPEAKS” (biblical dramatizations of Women of the Word).”
Maura serves as the co-facilitator of Women of Purpose and the Director of Digital at VPCOG and is grateful for her leading role as The First Lady of Vernon Park. She resides in the south suburbs of Chicago with her husband Pastor J.
